The pool was nice and clean, it was cool to swim at night, the staff was friendly.

The staff needed more training, there was too much back and forth when I tried to charge meals/items to my room which caused a longer check-out process. the noise from outside was quite disruptive and made it difficult to sleep at night.

I had a great stay at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make my trip enjoyable. They even packed me a breakfast for my early trip to Mount Bromo, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hotel is relatively new, so everything was clean and neat. The room was spacious with a modern design, and I loved the fact that it had ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The sitting area was comfortable, and I felt safe storing my valuables in the in-room safe. Plus, the hotel provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The location was also convenient, right in the mid-town. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is located at the entrance of the city, which may be a plus for those who want to avoid the busy downtown. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and some are bigger than usual. Staff is friendly and helpful, even offering early breakfast or packing it. the pool is a beautiful spot to swim at night.

There were some issues with the billing system and staff training, which resulted in unnecessary delays during check-out.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Well kept and neat. The staff was friendly, going out of their way to pack me a breakfast for my early morning trip. I especially enjoyed the beautiful and empty pool, perfect for a refreshing swim at night. this hotel offers a great location and excellent services.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, they even packed us a breakfast for our early trip. the room was bigger than we expected and so clean. the pool was empty and beautiful at night, and it was great for relaxing after a long day. the location was perfect, near the entrance of the town, which was perfect for our motorbike trip.

Although the muezzin was pretty loud in the morning, it didn't bother us too much as we woke up pretty early for our day trip activities. the only downside was the payment process, which could have been more organized and quick, instead of back and forth asking for the room number and signature.

Clean and neat hotel. Beautiful pool for night swimming. Bigger rooms than other hotels. Friendly and helpful staff. Modern and well-maintained. Breakfast packed for early trips.
